In order to ensure the security of transactions, we currently only accept PayPal payments. This does not mean that you must have a PayPal account to complete transactions. Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card to pay via PayPal. For specific methods, you can refer to the official PayPal website.

Shipping

We do not provide hardcopy; we only provide softcopy. After purchasing, you need to log in to your account to download the purchased products yourself. Should you encounter any issues, our Livechat and Ticket system are at your disposal for prompt assistance.

Note

From our past customer service experiences, we've noticed that some customers are unsure of how to obtain the product after completing payment and may wait several days before contacting us to inquire. Here's what you should know:

1. The PDF and VCE products purchased on our site are available for immediate download. After completing your purchase, please go to the user center, find your order, and you can download directly from the order download page.

2. We also send out product emails or download notifications to the registered email address within a few hours after the customer's purchase (the type of email sent varies with the product purchased). Due to the high volume of emails, we send daily, some email service providers may flag our emails as spam. Therefore, please check both your inbox and spam folder to avoid missing any emails.

3. If you encounter any issues, we warmly welcome you to contact us for assistance. To enhance the efficiency of our pre-sale and after-sale services, we provide support to our customers through the Livechat and Ticket systems, which are straightforward and more efficient than email.
