Refund and Exchange Eligibility
VCEhome aims to provide reliable study and practice materials to support exam preparation. If you encounter issues related to product access, delivery, or usability, you may contact our support team to request a refund or product exchange within 30 days from the purchase date.
In addition, if you have actively used our practice products and feel that your exam outcome did not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact our support team. We are open to reviewing your situation and discussing possible support options in a fair and reasonable manner.

When Refunds or Exchanges May Not Apply
To ensure fairness and consistency, refund or exchange requests may not be applicable in the following situations:
- Non-matching products
Refunds or exchanges apply only to the specific product purchased. Requests related to different or unrelated exams cannot be supported.
- Free or trial materials
Free demo files, trial content, or no-cost materials are provided for evaluation purposes and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Expired orders
Requests submitted after the service or update period of an order has ended may not be eligible.
- Promotional or discounted products
Products purchased as part of special promotions, discounts, or free offers are generally not eligible unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Account or purchaser inconsistency
Requests may be declined if there is a clear mismatch between the purchaser’s account information and the user submitting the request.
- Premium products
Premium products are provided with special access terms and extended usage benefits. Due to their nature, Premium products are not eligible for refunds.
- Unsupported operating systems for VCE products
VCE products are designed for use on the Windows operating system only and do not support macOS, Linux, or mobile devices. This limitation is clearly stated on the product pages. Refund requests based solely on incompatibility with macOS, Linux, or mobile platforms are not eligible.
Alternative Support Options
If a refund is not requested or applicable, VCEhome may offer a one-time product exchange as an alternative solution. Please note that once a product exchange is completed, the exchanged product is not eligible for further refunds or exchanges.
